Shop.Open.Store partners with Route to offer Green Package Protection. This service provides coverage for your orders from loss, theft, or damage during transit. We highly encourage customers to purchase shipping protection as it extends coverage to your items in transit which would not be eligible for replacement via our store’s direct policies.

1. Purchasing Shipping Protection

   1. Shipping protection is automatically added to your cart as an optional line item on the order. You may choose to click to opt out of insurance during checkout. Terms and Conditions for Green Package Protection can be found at this link 

2. Using Shipping Protection

   1. If your protected order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit,  Route’s expert support team is available to replace or refund your order.
